I'm in the market for one of those monster 30" 2560X1600 monitors. The Apple Cinema display is nice, but this is 200 cheaper. Does anyone have any experience of it? Is it any good?

My dad uses it and raves about it. He doesn't game or watch movies, but he does his work (Wedding Photography) on it. He says the colors are outstanding, though he wants the Samsung XL30 because it support the full color space of Adobe RGB 123% NTSC.

The XL30 has much better colors because of this...but it costs $4,000

Get the 305T, you'll like it!

Compare the different colorspaces. Notice how Adobe RGB has better greens. ProPhoto on the other hand, seems to be the best colorspace, though I haven't seen a monitor that supports it yet.
