AoC account frozen?

Hi, I have a issue ... i went out today and bought a 60 day game card for AoC, i entered the card numbers & tired to log in to AoC in game i then get a message saying my account has been frozen! .... anybody know why? & how i can get it un-frozen?

In WoW, frozen accounts are accounts that currently are not paid for by a pricing plan. Ie if I canceled my auto renewal, the day my current month spires my account will freeze. Nothings deleted, I just cant use it. Sounds like your card wasn't entered correctly.

Also you should be asking AoC's customer service this.. not us.

I know i should have and have asked/e-mailed AoC's customer service this, just was thinking maby somebody else may have had the same problem and could help me abit quicker than customer service.

When i go to the "Use a Key to add a Prepaid Card, upgrade Early Access into full version, Upgrade a Subscription or Create a Subscription" section to add my 60 day key, i enter the key, click validate & all that i get is,

Nothing else, i just have to click back, after doing this i try to login in game and it still says my account is frozen (23)!?

uhmm.. cut and paste isnt helping much here.. need a screen shot. It seems to be asking for fields to be entered as its telling you it denoted some with a *.
are the "Key including 60 days game time for Age of Conan Europe" clickable maybe?

are you using fire fox? the page may be formated wrong and you may need to use IE to correctly use it.
