I gave a few old dos games (mario...) to a friend and when he tried to run them the game splits into two halve top and bottom and they reverse so when Mario jumps, he goes off the new top of the screen and comes out the bottom before falling back down.

I tried to test it in safe mode and when I got to the chose start up selection menu it was also switched. any solutions? I'm stumped.
