need SW to convert WMA format

I have about 15.000 music files, some of them are in WMA Lossless format. I need a SW that can find those files, and only those files (ignoring WMA VBR and WMA CBR files), and convert them into WMA 320kbps (CBR). Command line is fine as well.

Any hints?
