Here's a great product that you may want to put on your Christmas wish list...

Prices of high-definition camcorders have steadily been dropping as a result of competition and maturing of the technology. The competition is fierce as major electronic manufacturers such as Canon, Hitachi, JVC, Panasonic, Samsung, Sanyo and Sony are offering a variety of affordable high-definition camcorders.

HA. I was wondering where you got that footage the other day. Nice camera and review. Looks like you can find them DIRT CHEAP online, too.

dang, 8gb SD card... I just picked up a 8 gig microSD for my phone for $28.. those things have come down in price like crazy as well.

I remember selling the city of Miami Beach about $20k worth of these for their meter maids.. told em to remember who sold em their cameras for enforcement when they see my meter out of time

You know what impresses me most about this review.....the fact that he modded his V6 Mustang to sound like a V8! What kind of exhaust are you running? It's so hard to get V6 Stangs to not sound like ricers.

Please speak!

Hey there. When I first got the Mustang back in '03 I did a lot of hunting around and came across the stock catback off of a '02 Mustang GT. I picked up that for dirt cheap, and ordered a pair of flowmaster 40 series mufflers and headed to an exhaust shop. After some cutting and welding, I had a decent exhaust system. The problem was, it was too ricey over 3000 rpms.

After a good bit of research I ordered a new cam from www.rpm-mustangs.com and some supporting parts and had that thrown in. I attached a pic of the installation. Definitely the best bit of cash I've put in that car to date, does wonders for not only the sound but performance too. Definitely turns heads!

seeing those videos quality in them is quite bad. especially when the scene moves.

either bad conversion or bad capture, what settings did you use in the camcorder and software?

seeing those videos quality in them is quite bad. especially when the scene moves.

either bad conversion or bad capture, what settings did you use in the camcorder and software? What video clips are you referring to in particular? Some of them are not very good since the resolutions happen to exceed the standard encoding format. For example, although MPEG1 was limited to a resolution of 352x240, TMPGEnc 4.0 XPress allows higher resolutions to be encoded under that format.

The WMV formats need some work, but I added them at the last minute and intend to remove a couple of them. The high-def MPEG2 clips look pretty good though.
