Zelda, how does this know what to block and what not to block? Stupid question but I was just curious.

right click on the "P" in the notification area of the start menu bar, then click Edit->Filters. I think that is where it has all the ads blocked and you can configure it how you like. It's a lot more complex than Adblock, but it works really well.

...or you could just use Privoxy (http://www.privoxy.org/) to block ads on any browser that can be configured to use a proxy.
