How should I display on TV?

I configured two x screens which are Monitor and TV, but I could not display anything on the TV. How do I use the TV screen? Or how do I test the TV screeen working?

Should I move it there or General Hardware/NVIDIA Graphics Cards?
Does that 'x' belong to X-Windows??
