I've searched high and low, I need to find the microsoft ubs 2.0 driver that is included in xp service pack 1 without installing SP1, in other words a seperate download. USB 2..0 download instructions (http://www.usbman.com/USB%202%20News.htm)
The instructions found their no longer work.

Simple answer - you don't.

SP1 is required for USB 2.0 support - period. :(
