Must be a mistake, probably gonna be the radeon9700le like there was a radeon8500le even a 7500le the 9700le will be clocked even lower but still eat a radeon9500 pro

There's a 9700 TX that's only sold to big oem's like Dell. It has lower clockrates than the 9700 non-pro.

Where did you here of a $200 price? Is this your speculation, a rumor, or is someone advertising that somewhere?

If someone really has it for that price, gimme da link! :afro2:

I looked on pricewatch and pricegrabber and websites, i have not seen a 200$ radeon 9700pro : (

I have seen used 9700 non pros hit $200, maybe in the year mid 2004's new radeon9700 pros will hit $200

but it has 3.6ns RAM....

yeap there is a $30 off at PowerColor Crayon Based RAdeon 9700. :) No really it is for 199 with the 30 off but I dno't really trust powercolor...on the dumbest test measures the Powercolor weights less than ATI card...I know I know stupid but still. Also Powercolor does not overclock as well.

Initially I thought of Powercolor as something you do when you find a stash of marijuana and a box of crayons.
