i did it!

No, i meant that aero thing and i wanted to remove menu bar.
Found some add-ons:

Glasser 1.0.16 and Hide Menubar 1.0.20080912 ( just like in IE7, bring it back by pressing ALT key)

is firefox's spell check switch between languages automatically?

No. Will have to set it manually and you may even have to download extra dictionaries.
