Problem with GF4 TI 4200 - flicker

Hi

When I play NFSHP2, on speed the screen and textures flicker

same problem with NFS Porsche and Splinter Cell

some times stutter on these games >> every 2~4 sec

My System info


VGA : Leadtek Winfast A280 LETDH 128MB GF4 TI 4200 VIVO

MOBO: Epox 4GEA+

CPU : pentium 4: 2 Ghz 512 ca

Ram : DDR 512 - 333 - on my system and this CPU : 266


No overclocking for CPU or VGA


VGA : core : 250 Memory : 513


HDD : Maxtor 80 GB 5400 RPM

does this happen on all games??
which drivers are you using for that card? make sure you have the latest from www.nvidia.com
