NV Active Armour Blocking Internet Explorer Why?

I dont know if this is in the correct forum, but lets try.
I am using XP and have "NV Active Armour" Firewall, currently it is blocking acceptance of Internet Explorer, with the following message:-
Denied Application 02/10/2008 16:06:15 c:\program files\internet explorer\iexplore.exe is attempting to access the network. Process ID: 3352, Socket Type: client, Protocol: TCP, Destination IP: 213.123.20.90, Destination Port: 80, Source IP: 0.0.0.0, Source Port: 1979.

Could you tell me why and how do I change to get it accepted?

Turn off Active Armour.

Otherwise you'll need to add the correct exceptions to the list. Me personally cannot stand the NV Firewalls, no matter how often they change the name.
