good article.... good points andarguments presented reasonably well... a little better support would be better perhaps... but its good as is :)
what grade level is this for btw ?
my critique (and these are my opinions... no guarantees what I say are correct :) and hope you are not offended by my suggestions...)
sentence structure may need a little reworking specially in the paragraph concerning the whole Iran Iraq section as well as WHO the US supported... plus paragraph may require splitting up... not necessary but it is a bit long :)
. Iran was fighting a war against Iraq at the time, which the United States was supporting publicly
perhaps that could be done up a little better to show WHo the US actualyl supported :) off the bat...
reptetion ie... many of the sentences in close proximity starting with the word 'This' ...
concerning said supporting texts... are you required to provide any works cited for your research ? because many of the points raised may be argued to be opinions formed rather than based on facts or research done... if citations are not required... disregard this... but I would advise perhaps working in something if possible...
Geographically the scandal had very minor impacts. The landscape of Nicaragua changed due to war, with borders fortified and jungle burned to create defendable open space. People moved back and forth from the U.S., Iran, Lebanon, and Nicaragua brokering deals and handing out money to ensure the cooperation of local officials.
the above is presented as a single paragraph... perhaps a touch short for one ?
also... conclusion ? normally a good conclusion is worth working hard towards... I don't really know what to make of your conclusion after a rather good article...
and thats the end of my critique...
:)
not a bad work but I am sure as you read it a couple more times you can clean it up to a more polished item...
as is... it is not bad...
again... whats the grade level... so I can have an idea of just what level I am looking @...
keep up the good work btw... :) nice job...

This is an EXTREMLY early draft for a 10th grade history report. yes, i do need to cite but have not gotten around to it. If anyone wants to claim the facts as their own, go for it.
You gonna put the part where Olie made the dems look like complete idiots. Bahaha I loved that part. Sad but I watched a lot of those hearings as they happened. It was a complete hoax and the dems got pwnd. :D

all in all its not a bad job... like I said as you read it further you will revise it per how you see fit... so dont worry about it.. it will get more polished...
I highly recommend unbiased and reputable sources for your information if you can find them... especially for a historical perspective.. or if you reckon yout prof is slightly biased one way or the other you can sway the bias meter on the article as you see fit :D

or maybe he can ask someone who may have some inside knowledge, but I have no idea where one would find such a person:D
I doubt such a person would be willing to divulge any info anyways:angel:

Sazar is right. Also read it out loud and have some one read it out loud back to you. The parts they studder in and the parts that sound funny will become clear.
