Yes, thanks, those are non-international (US only) downloads. Those work fine. International one (with many languages inside) does not.

I'm having an issue in BF2142. The screen goes black when I go invisible (same with previous WHQL driver 178.13 too)
Vista x64 /8800GTS 512
Going back to 175.16 fixes the issue

My system can't seem to handle these drivers and I'm pretty desperate right now.
My graca is a GYGABYTE Nvidia 8600GT
Further system specs are
AMD64 4800+ x2
4GB of RAM (of which 1gb is assigned to videomemory -- vista 32-bit/ram bug)
X-fi XtremeMusic
Vista Home Premium 32-bit
The problem is the following; any other drivers for my 8600gt than those of May 2nd this year (automatically chosen by Vista; 7.15.11.7516) will cause my monitor to give a "no signal"-sign, but only after it's been about 5-10 seconds on the vista desktop. I can see programs loading etc, but all of a sudden my monitor/videocard stops. It drives me nuts.
I encounter this problem with a variety of drivers (have lost track of all specific numbers), including 177.xx and 178.24.
Also, sometimes when trying to install drivers I encounter the "your system has not been modified, please restart" message, though that is solved by deleting the PhysX package from the unpacked drivers map (C:\nvidia\winvista\). The drivers say they've successfully installed, but the problem mentioned above is intact. Also, PhysX is one of the main reasons I want to get this working...
Can any1 help plx?
EDIT: 180.48 WHQL and 180.84 beta have the same result.
