Should I enable the Adaptive AA in CCC while playing games? My goal is to get better FPS while playing games.

Adaptive AA will (in most cases) get you better visuals but I doubt it would ever help FPS in games. I prefer it because I hate jaggies / aliasing.

I do enable AA in the menu of the games that I play.

Adaptive AA is a complement of AA. You can enable AA from game or force from the CCC, and adaptive AA will work alongside it.

I do enable AA in the menu of the games that I play.In that case if you are happy with the visuals, then yes, disable it.
