how to find the fps for Crysis

Guys,

Is there anyway i can find out how much fps i am getting for crysis ?

I am running it on 'very high' with tweaked configs...
.. on 8800GT 512 MB - Core2Duo@2.13GHz - 3GB RAM

Some more helpful settings are,

Some settings you have to turn off command restrictions, so type,

con_restricted 0
