Just thought i would let you guys know i have fixed by messing about deadspace...

the game no longer locks its self to 30hz + giving you massive mouse lag

to fix this all you need to do are the following...

Download : Rivatuner/install it
in your CCC pannel Lock the Vsync
Go into deadspace and change its setting : VSYNC = OFF apply / Exit game.

now start up d3doverrider.exe comes with rivatuner
select all options then start up deadspace.

now you will notice your mouse lag is fixed aswell as vsync locked aswell as 60hz instead of the crappy 30hz that the games vsync gives you..

as you can see im 60hz and vsync locked ;) and mouse lag is massivly improved all i need now is AA but at 1920x1080p the game looks awsome anyway ;P

d3doverrider.exe crashes the game on startup. Only alternative is to Alt-Tab back to start d3doverrider.exe after starting Dead Space.

I dont know if that will work correctly though, I have tried that in games before and d3d will not force vsync and tripple buffering unless you start it up before loading up a game. Thats my experience anyway.

Use ATI TRAY TOOL, this works for me very good, i can play with vsync and locked to 75FPS (same as desktop) without mouse lag.

Someone in another thread mentioned unchecking "Enable LoadLibrary Hooking" in D3DOverrider to fix the crashing.

it is not necesary to do anything further than forcing vsync through the ccc and disabling it in game (at least on my rig).
