The thing i noticed was this:
-Includes fixes for laggy aero and random gpu downclocking (Vista only)

It looks like this may fix the problems I was having with downclocking. I'm going to give these a try and see how it goes.

These drivers work perfectly on my laptop. The quality is looks great and performance is good. I haven't tried on my desktop. I'm not sure if they will work.
