Would i gain a decent performance going to the 9800GTX+ card over the 8800GTS card?

I believe not, but it also depends what you mean "gain decent performance".
I remember hearing the 9-series is very similar to 8-series. I would consider going for a 4870 or 260, because many people say with THOSE cards you see big improvment.

No. Get a 260 at least.

Ok, I take a look at them. Price is/was the main issue for asking about the 9800GTX+ but if i have to put little bit more up for better card then i will.

Only one more question How much "bottleneck" will my E6750 cause? Running stock speed?

!!!Price price price!!!
I really wish I would have add a few extra pennies(that I had) and got a single GTX280 or 2GTX260's. I went from 8800GT's SLI to 9800GTX+'s SLI... huge performance increase in games that could utilize the extra horsepower.

If you can afford it (ie PSU, Space) go for the GTX260 at least. Although I'm very happy with 9800GTX+'s SLI, EVGA step-up coming soon though?!?!? I had future proofed myself with a pretty decent size PSU, good thing i did...
