Nationalized health care has nothing to do with it. Just like Highmark and UPMC aren't responsible for handling outbreaks of disease in cattle in the US.

There is some evidence that Mad Cow disease is presently in the USA anyway, you guys just aren't set up to test for it :P

Joo missed the point. I was saying it's ok if they have this disease because they have natinalized health care and all will be better. :p It was sarcasem. :D
