the upgrade has made the tracking much better for me. It was really good to begin with, but now it's spot-on accurate.

Also, no mouse jumping anymore what so ever. I'd get it once in a while, but now it's all good.

I downloaded what you said.

It's a pain plugging and unplugging the new mouse.

But i ran firmware first off in Xp compatibility mode. Also i noticed unblock. Unblocked.

Ran firmware update. Successful.

Then i installed driver (Razer Lachesis) for windows 7 Compatibility only ultimate 64 bit. also unblock. No changes in compatibility.

restarted three times to make sure. works perfectly.

Hope this helps anyone that may find it.

I thought i would post to assist anyone looking for a good resolution to this nagging issue.
