Cache speed adjustment on T-BredB?

Is there any software out there that can let you adjust AthlonXP cache speed? I have sysid but it only works with regular athlons... Any recommendations?

All Athlons since Thunderbird run the L2 cache at full speed.

Athlons SLOT A from 500~750MHz runs their cache at 1/2 800~1GHz run at 1/3. But all socket A & Thunderbird SLOT A processors run at full speed.
