Hi, Is there any good image editor programs that could help with editing blurry photos to become clearer? (obviously other than photoshop)
Hints and tips are welcome.

Um...learn to focus???

You can't really do much with blurry as you can't fix fine details that aren't there because they are blurred in the original image. You can help it a bit with unsharp mask in PS, but even that can't perform miracles. :)

You can try Gimp as an alternative to Photoshop, it's free but still quite powerful with many similar filters as you find in PS, like unsharpen mask.

Nero PhotoSnap viewer has unsharp mask ,I use it for my eBay pictures.

And auto-rotate, And I just noticed jpg artifact remover, nice.

I like it because it doesn't take 5 minutes to load...

Yeah, there isn't much you can do for a picture that was taken out of focus....you have to make up details to gain sharpness....

Any program with a unsharp mask will do the best you can do I think. Don't expect it to be magically sharp though.
