177.82 report

Not much change to report this time. 177.82 did not fix the active screen detection issue and it did not fix the AC/Battery detection issue (the card is still stuck in 150 Mhz mode).

To preempt confusion: I wouldn't expect 177.82 to resolve problems beyond what was mentioned in the release notes, it is not the BETA build I referred to in this thread: http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=120310.
