I'm having stutter/ hickup problems in Far Cry 2 DX10 with all 180 drivers... It sucks. Very very short framedrops. :thumbdwn: Weird thing is; in the benchmark I get a minimum of 65FPS, and in-game its also 60+.
So I guess I'll have to wait for a set of good drivers for X58. Or FC2 update.
I tried everything; new chipsetdrivers, BIOS, tried all 180.xx nV drivers, no luck. Other games run fine though...

This set of drivers seems to be working great for me :) Tested in FC2 and SCS and no issues. FC2 seems a lot smoother now for me as well.

I was just recently having a problem with Blu-ray movies randomly starting to stutter during the movie when playing from disc (using PowerDVD8 Ultra)... I thought initially it was my PC settings or the firmware update I did on my Pioneer Blu-ray drive which caused it to have issues playing Audio CDs so I was kinda suspicious of it, however yesterday I noticed it was happening on my X360 HD-DVD player too, and also changing PC settings didn't fix it.
I realised it was actually this 180.48 driver. I have rolled back to 178.24 and it no longer stutters. A movie that always would stutter on every playthrough before I rolled back was Dark City, and I've now played it through twice since rolling back and no stuttering.
I hope this is fixed in the next drivers. I don't want to stick with 178.24 forever as I'm sure games will come out soon that need new drivers.
These work great for me.
Crysis looks amazing @ 1920x1200 DX10 :D
seems like these new drivers crash my system randomly.

185.20?
These drivers do not allow the install of an 8600GTS for Physx. So I had to install 181.00.
185.20?
no the ones the thread is about.
