So true.
Unlike his last game where he didn't catch anything, Plaxico proves to the world that he can catch his own bullet. With his leg no less.
A great talent.

This happened to a friend of a friend also. How often does this kinda thing happen? Seems to me people should use a little more sense when holstering their weapon.

Don't leave the hammer c0cked. If it has an internal hammer like a Glock, don't ram it in the holster like a 17 year old ramming it in his first girl friend for the first time. :rofl

I carry my 1911 with the hammer ****ed back and with a round in the chamber, nothing wrong with that, it was made to be carried that way. Just keep your damn finger off the trigger until you are on target and always treat the gun as if it is loaded.

And now there is the possibility of jail time. He had an unregistered firearm, in the state of NY, and discharged it illegally.
looking at 2-5 minimum. If he is convicted...NFL suspension comes with it.

lol
It must not have been too serious an injury because he was walking just fine when he turned himself in.
Funny part is that he might go to jail for shooting himself. He seems level headed but has been in a decline over the past few months with his antics. The Giants need him though.

He is getting two felony counts of unlawful possession... he has a concealed permit for Florida but it expired and NY doesn't recognize out of state permits anyway...
Possible jail time but I doubt they throw the book at him.

Shooting yourself is probably one of the top 5 dumbest things a human being can do.

Especially when it means you will probably go to jail, will probably never play in the NFL again, and that you will forfeit like $25 million in salary. :headexplode:
Epic Fail.

Giants don't need him. Like Shockey, he demands targets from Eli. Without these two, Eli can sit back and play his game.
