Windows could not load the installer for display

Hello, I've had a problem with my computer after some changes had been made. And what I mean by changes is the files i have deleted. I know I know Gasp but something i did that corrupted my whole computer is that I deleted alot of me hidden files especially for display. For example, if I click on Properties nothing pops up. I also tried device manager. Went there and saw a yellow explamation point on my nvidia driver. Clicked properties and there error said "Windows could not load the installer for display". So i downloaded nvidia version 66.93. That didn't so i tried another one, version 71.89. That also didn't work but they both gave me the same error here:
