The trek to 3.8 Ghz+ on E8400

Back OT, I'll shoot for 3.8 or more on my E8400 after I get better ram. As far as upgrading goes, my E8400 handles everything I hit it with just fine, no upgrade needed.

Doesn't mean I won't want to upgrade soon. :p

It should do it easy, I got mine to boot @3.8 with just bumping it to 2.75 and changing the fsb. I know it will do 4+ but I really don't care I run it @3.6 24/7.

I'm thinking they decided it was too much bang for the buck. probably wrong..but I wouldn't be surprised.
