Opinions on this cooler please

What do you guys think about this cooler. I'm averaging around 59C on full load, is it worth getting and will it make a difference enough to justify it.

There are probably better coolers to be had out there. Did you find any reviews on it?

By the look of it, it seems to be on par with the Thermalright Ultra 120, so that means it's a pretty decent cooler.
