Crysis on 8600mGT

I finally got around to installing this on my laptop (see sig), and all I can say is: Damn, I'm glad I went for the 8600mGT.

I'm playing v.1.2 with all settings on medium, and it runs great. This is obviously not enough for most you graphics wh0res, but it's pretty effing descent for your average Joe who just wants to play the game and not have to worry about 16x AA and all that other silly nonsense. :p

I'm gonna see if I get around to tweaking it a bit to maximize quality, but right now, I'm very happy with the outcome.

i played it on my laptop not that long ago, it was running fine on medium.

I think I'm going increase texture quality and drawing distance a tad. Hopefully it won't kill framerate too much.

I was looking at some screenshots from Warhead on highend rigs. Holy crap!

The last 2 levels of Crysis were terrible. I loved most of the game, including the alien ship interior levels... but it was ruined by the flying level which had horrid controls and then the ship level sucked really bad... especially the final boss which glitched and forced me to reload after fighting with it for 15 minutes.
