Scrolling problem

I currently have minefield installed in vista ultimate x64, and whenever I am scrolling on longer web pages it will render text twice or more. For example in the following image under "step two" it renders the same text twice. I tried reinstalling minefield numerous times as well as disabled all the plug ins and addons. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.
