The Editor and SDK are being worked on and will be available for release in the new year, we currently don't know when this will be, but good progress is being made and we're hoping it will be sooner rather than later. Crysis Warhead will receive a patch in the new year, it's almost finished thanks to some hard work from the Warhead team, so thats something to look forward to.

What took them so long geez. I think everyone has had random crashes on certain level loads in Warhead.

They are talking about Warhead(SP) not Crysis Wars(MP) you miserable hoon!

Tard, Warhead is SP only. War is Multi...
Oh wait. ::o:
Me and you Noriega. Me and you. Night to remember.
I still think it'll be a heap of silly fixes that we didn't even know existed until they patched them, at the same time they'll break something important. Like axles!@

Never had a problem with Warhead. But I guess a little 100% performance burst wont hurt! :D

Prolly, but i dont see why they wont add atleast the 64-bit support they already added for Crysis Wars!

Well you might get lucky, but did 64bit really do that much? For me and Crysis it made things worse. ::(:

Dunno i didnt run Crysis on 64 ,but IIRC most people reported better performance or less stuttering esp with explosions and loadings. so there is still hope!

I ran it under 32bit on XP. Crysis, Vista and myself just do not mix. ::(:

I upgraded from Vista x86 to Vista x64 and there was a nice performance increase. It's all smoother now too. I'm pretty sure the patch will introduce 64 bit support, since Crysis Wars got it with patch 1.1. What I'm really hoping for is PunkBuster to update to 64 bit.

Warhead Patch - Coming Soon!
Introduction
As promised in the last monthly update, the Crysis Warhead Patch is almost ready for release! The patch will be launched soon but to keep you guys as up to date as possible, we're giving you the full patch notes now. So without much further ado, here they are.
Patch Notes
These are the full patch notes as seen in the readme file with the patch. There is still no date set for the release of the patch, but we want to keep you up to date.
General Fixes/tweaks
Windows Vista: Mouse cursor should no longer have an offset in the menu.
Windows Vista: Unrequested launches in windowed mode should occur less often now.
Timedemo can now be started from the command line.
Better dynamic texture support for enthusiast mode.
New Features
Added 64-bit executables for Windows XP x64 and Windows Vista 64-bit version. In Windows XP x64 a new shortcut will be placed under the Crysis Warhead program group. In Windows Vista right-click the Crysis Warhead icon in Game Explorer and choose to run the game in 64-bit mode.
Known Issues
Games saved in 32-bit won't work properly when running the 64-bit version and vice-versa.
Note: After applying the patch the version displayed (lower right corner of menu) is 1.1.1.710.
Conclusion
Although there is no set date for the release of this patch, it will be very soon. A full news piece will be posted when the patch is made available. The revoke tool was released prior to this patch, for full information on that, please check earlier news posts.

Sweet.
I put off playing for a while, I'll be able to start playing it with 64bits of power. :p
Anyone know if it actually does anything?

Still no fix for the dreadful crysystem.dll crash error for XP? I am a bit disappointed in that. I've already finished the game, but I am replaying it at the moment and can't get my recent saves to fully load without encountering an error at 82%.

what are the benefits of 64 bit support?, are they performance benefits?
I'm playing it right now on Vista x64.
This is good news. I get good performance, but my game crashes mysteriously, and my GPU temps aren't to blame.

IF its an error at 82%,its most likely a flowgraph error.Hit alt & tab same time,Then click ok on error and when done,ALT & enter to resume game.
