Best Radeon Tweak Util ?

Anyone recommend the best Radeon tweak util out there ?

I have a sapphire 9700 Pro, and it came with Sapphire's own tweaker. Is this any good ?

Haven't had time to try anything out yet. Heck, haven't had time to even overclock the card.
Is this BIOS clock locked ?
Or is that only on 9500/9700 Non Pro boards ?

Your bios isnt locked, and I recommend Rage3D's tweak utility.
