Someone help me who knows about ati driver editing

i just put a 9500 in my pc and softmodded it, that worked great, but i got one problem, i got a bad screen tearing with opengl games, my old radeon 32ddr had an option in the control panel to have vsync in opengl 'always' enabled, is there anyway i can make vsync always enabled on this 9500:(

Which tweaker? I'm just using Omegadrive's latest, it's all included from the get-go. ;)
