Yes they did. You now only get a fine of a max of $400 with no criminal record if you get caught with a personal amount of ganja.

Not that it matters, if you only had the slightest idea how many grow-ops are in Vancouver. I swear every 3rd house is one, hehehehe.

Hey, we are almost a month further, but my IP-address is still blocked.
