What is the fastest AGP card?

A friend of mine who games very rarely is looking to replace his 9800xt with an agp card with shader model 3.Which card is the best solution for him? Keep in mind he needs agp.I think it is the x1900xt,I seem to recall a 7800agp version as well? I finally got him to drop his (PS2!!!!)and give his PC a chance,he's currently playing RTCW and loving it!

I grabbed a 3850 for my buddy Tonny,and all I can say is I'm impressed.(it is a little furnace though)Aquamark went from 30,500approx to over 50,000.Not to mention he can play Qw's now.SM3.0 ftw:p He's a happy dude thats for sure:D
