How would you like to have one of these for all your racing games?

Looks like it could use a little tuning so there isn't so much role, but damn that looks cool.

I like how they have that entire setup and then they put in a tiny screen. Fail.

At that point I think I'd rather just do the real thing.

I rolls way to much and too slow to be racing sim. More like flight. Needs to be a little tighter for racing. With a widescreen!

WTH? I sware I saw this exact same thread with similar replies a few days ago. I even knew crainger was going to say exactly what he said even though he hadn't posted in this thread when I first checked it..... freaky.

Here is a professional ****pit/simulator:

Manufacturer is based in the Netherlands: http://www.gpsim.eu/

BTW, there is nothing wrong with the amount of roll. The simulated "G-forces" depend on the amount of roll, the stronger you want them to be, then you'll have to increase the amount of roll (or max. angle), plus the guy drove a single seater and those usually are capable of pushing a lot of "G's". It's adjustable anyway and the software that was used in the OP's video is freeware too: http://www.x-simulator.de/main/en

Yeah the roll and pitch is to simulate the G-Force effects, not so much to simulate turning a corner on a flat road, having the screen always facing you in a perfect horizontal manner probably offsets a lot of the problems you think you may have when actually playing.

Yeah I tried to say this to Crainger in some other topic but this sim looks very smooth while you driving a car and you're for example braking it likes to bump/shake.

When I drive the Gs don't come on smooth like that. It's all balls to the wall. I'd imagine in a racing car it would be the same tenfold. So you should till back faster and harder! ::nanahump:: That guy in the vid looks liek a soft****pit.

They all look weird. Can't get a perspective with the camera angle focusing on the machine instead of from the driver's head. Should show a camera angle from the driver's eyes to get a better idea of how realistic it actually is.
