seeing as how so many political and religious discussions in this forum tend to go the same route and end up ultra heated... thereby contributing to global warming... I thought it would be a good idea to have a thread where we could just cool down and relax a bit... and then jump back into the said threads in a calmer frame of mind :)

Judging by the pics I'd say it's Alaska but then again, areas of Washington, Oregon and the northern areas of California can be that beautiful. It's definately one of them! :)

As for cooling off, what better way to relax the mind and body than kicking back in a room with meager lighting, a cold six pack next to you, and Yes's Magnification CD filling the room with excellent, calming, orchestrated music?

I love it...especially that CD!!

This cools me down. 2 sticks of 256MBcl2 DDR433 PC3500 XMS. Ahhhh all cool. Should be here tuesday. Then next month It is Swiftech time for me baby. Slowly putting together a nice rig for HL2. I know this is hardware stuff but It does cool me down to think of my rig in process. AAAAA all cool now. :p

Lake Tahoe. The pictures do not do the water justice. The water is a brilliant aqua blue. A little slice of heaven. The first picture was of the Pondarosa ranch, from the TV show Bonanza. One of my fav shows.

You can ski in the winter in some of the best resorts in N. America. Gamble all year round. The gambling is in Nevada and the skiing is in California, about 3 miles from State Line road to Heavenly Ski resort. A awesome place. I don't gamble but they do have buffets. MMMM lots of food to stuff ur face. :D Then of course you got the lake but the beaches always seem to have goose poop. Hunting is great around the area also.
