I know its very old but i need it. all gf fx5200 drivers i found in nvidia and other sites don't work with it.
these are the drivers Iv already tried(non of them worked):

43.51
44.03_win2kxp_international
52.16_win2kxp_english_whql
71.89_win2kxp_english
77.77_winxp2k_english_whql
81.87_forceware_winxp2k_english
175.19_geforce_winxp_32bit_english_whql

when its conected to the computer windows xp automaticly define it as"sis 315" with 32M but when trying to adjust color to 32bit windows stop working

Uninstall current driver(s) then download and run Driver Sweeper from Guru3D.com. Reboot and install 175.19 (http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_175.19_whql.html). Reboot.

it didnt work, when installing the driver it says "no compatible hardware found"
dose it has some thing to do with the gfx card bios version?
its version is 4.184.18.08 and the motherboard is intel fw82801db.

If that's what Windows is detecting the card as with its stock drivers, then that's what it is. In other words, that's not an FX 5200.

Go here (http://www.sis.com/download/), select Windows XP, GPU Graphics Drivers, SiS315 Series GPUs and download the driver for your location. Install those and see if they work.

Hmm... I am not sure but long time back when I came to know about video cards I use to have geforce 2 mx (those were the best time for me playing PC games) I din't know how to install and stuff. But there was a theory that you will have disable onboard card on your motherboard in bios settings

My brother friend installed the card, drivers and windows will install those drivers and my card. Since then whenever I used to reinstall my OS. I never had any problem installing drivers only sometime error occured when I download it for winXP instead of win98 and so on... May be it is SIS card or you need some system analyzer like Sisoftware sandra, riva tuner etc that can detect exactly what video card is it
