Graphs are using GTX295 alone and with a 9800GTX+ as dedicated PhysX.

I highly recommend this for those of you who build high end rigs, there is nothing else that can give you immersion like this.:D

Your graphs show SLI and Dedicated, is SLI = GTX295 and phsyx done on the them and Dedicated SLI + Physx, or Single + Phsyx?

Sorry, but its a bit late and i'm sleepy could you clear that up?

NP

It's GTX295 (using SLi for PhysX, no 9800) vs GTX 295 for graphics plus a dedicated 9800 for PhysX.

Will PhysX work on the second PCI-E of an X48 equipped for Crossfire?

PhysX is chipset independent. I used it with a P35 for a short while.

Yep I also had PhysX function fine on the ancient i975x chipset with a GTX 260 and an 8800GT as dedicated PhysX.
