As a vendor you buy a number of slots to be listed. You chose the products that you think or know that you have the most competetitive prices on and fill the slots with those items. My biz. currently has 150 slots. Unfortunately some code was a little buggy this week and ended up with 175 as we are trying a spyder code to compare and list based on all the products we offer. So the bill will be a little high this month. What else is new.

And some of the stores offer an affiliate program, where for every product sold, the referrer gets a percentage.

Is it rude/illegal to ask how much y'all pay for a slot? I'm just curious.
