My wife vrought me back some chili sauce back from London, the lable says "Who dares buns", anyways it they have a website. I had a look and they have alot of hot sauces, check it out HERE (http://www.hot-headz.com/)

My favorite would have to be the one called "Ass in the Tub" :D

Ass In The Tub!

This pepper sauce is seriously hot. It might sound like we're bragging but really we're just giving you advanced notice that it's going to burn on the way in and …. Well, you get the picture!

My ex is Thai and all of her food is hot, as a result my tolerance was very high. Example: When we whent to Thai resturants the choice of spiceyness was from 1 star up to 5 stars. We always ordered a 10. That really got you going. After a year of this we both said that just because we can have the food this spicey doesn't mean we should. We toned it down to a 3 and the food tasted much better. I found that the over spiceyness was ruining the taste of the food.

BTW the hottest part of the pepper is the pitt. The seed get hot as a result of being near the pitt. We chould chomp on the pitt like it was nothing. We still sweat though. :D

hehe, hottest hot sauce is Blair's Caldera (http://www.ironq.com/blair_s_caldera.html) and for the price it goes for it better be:lol:

10 Million scovies, tested at 13 Million:bugeyes:

and I thought eating a palm-full of Insanity Sauce was hot:eek:

I've had some hot mexican hot sauces, but nothing compares to the hotness of Thai food that I've had. I had medium hot curry, and I could easily tolerate medium hot at any tex-mex type place, and my mouth felt like it was going to burn off! It's really funny when people who can stomach the hotness of Thai attempt to order it that hot: the waiter/waitress will literally sit there and try to convince them not to get it, lol.

Just wait for a few hours until that sauce is ready to make its um..."exit" from your digestive tract. Hope you've got some nice, soft toilet paper.

LOL! Yeah blood on the toilet paper isn't good. It's easy eating the hot stuff. It's the pooing it out that is hard. No tolerance build up for that. :scarey: :firedevil

Hot sauce I can deal with, but has anyone eaten a spoonful of STRONG mustard and basically gotten such a headrush they almost passed out?

If it's strong enough it actually feels like your head is imploding. :(

Put a big glob of wasabi on a spoon and suck that down. You will see visions. :afro:

The best hot sauce that doesn't nuke your tongue beyond actually tasting the food is Gibb's Bottled Hell (http://www.bottledhell.com/).

Hehe, if you're having sinus problems wasabi is the best stuff on the planet for clearing those nasal passages. Screw that expensive nasal spray, just down a glob of this stuff!

We dared a girl on our debate squad to eat a huge chunk of wasabi (I'm talking 4-5 times bigger than what usually comes with a serving of sushi), she did so, and needless to say she didn't sleep well that night :D

I don't know about wasabi, I ate a spoonful of that stuff and it wasn't hot at all, maybe it was cheap or something but it really wasn't hot:lol:

ah man, don't drink the hot sauce, your butt will hate you for it:lol:

wasabi is not really that hot though :)

I lived on a buncha islands with kreol cooking for a while and they always put fresh green chilis (no paste or anything.. this is the real deal with all the seeds :D )

and we used to take a spoonful of that before digging into the curry (chicken/fish/whatever)

was absolutely lovely :D

the sauces here in the states are not as hot as some other countries... though the mexican imports in texas are real rectal cleansers...

also... am I the only person who thinks tobasco is a joke ? I mean is it even hot ?

seems a lot of my friends do that with other stuff... such as burgers and what not..

personally I don't like the way tobasco tastes on cheese :(

but I do add some to add a little kick to my sandwiches...

I never said wasabi was hot. I just like the taste. Look at my earlier post.

My ex used to make this chili paste called bahoke (sp) It is one of those get it in your mouth kind of things or it will burn you lips off. They too the chili pits and mashed em up into a paste along with other stuff that is hot. I don't care what manufactured hot sauce you have bought or read about or which company says their hot sauce is the hottest. This little paste is the hottest frikin' thing I have ever put in my mouth, expect for pizza fresh out of the oven and not waiting for it to cool down. If you know what I mean. This paste can be as mild or as hot as you like but my ex always made it hot as possible, as a result you only use a little bit on what ever are eating. They put it on fish heads. Blehhh.

I will say this after two years of not eating anything spicey I have lost my tolerance. That combined with my acid reflux that stated last year (which let me know I am getting older :( ) I don't eat anything spicey any more.:)

to help with eating extra spicy stuff... eat with yoghurt.. the yoghurt keeps you from frying your pooper :) if you get my drift.. and keeps pH levels in check :)

I dont post here much, but a hot sauce thread I cant resist.
Here's my little website devoted to the subject: http://www.geocities.com/alienzombie13/hot_sauce.html
Hasnt been updated in awhile, but not because I forgot about it, I just havent gotten any new stuff.
I love Blairs 'Death' line of sauces, they're good for flavor and heat. Caldera on the other hand (from the same guy) is pure heat.
Edit: damn, this is my 1st post?? Doesnt seem like it, but anyway...

Where can one find Blair's Caldera? Sadly they don't have it on that site:(
