This is a good deal for non builders. Dell is offering a Core I7 system and 23' 1080p monitor for 950$. The monitor alone goes for 300$.

The monitor and CPU may be worth $600 but the rest of the components are probably just barely worth $400.

With a windows license and a case+PSU I guess it isn't too bad but anyone on this site would most likely need to replace several of the components to get the most out of that i7.

QFT. Most deals are just meh. It's rare that you see one that is ACTUALLY worth something.
