Don't worry. The kids know you love 'em. If you're sick, they'll understand. Hope you get to feeling better. You know, a sip of rye whiskey with onion can help all sorts of cold symptoms. My grandfather swears by it, and we've been using it for years to help deal with colds and flu.

Woke up at 6 AM this morning, had coffee. Found some cooked bacon in the fridge I somehow lost a long time ago, thought I'd give it a try. Learned a few things:

I passed out at 9:30 last night, woke up at 5:45AM this morning and I'm still exhausted. About to go make a pot of coffee here at work.

After a winter season of laying around almost all day every day, the last couple weeks of roofing down here in Florida is taking a toll on me, in a good and a bad way. I think my muscles have rebounded nicely after my week two soreness... but damn I wanna go home. Waking up on a couch every day without QT is becoming really hard on me. I certainly don't like bein' away from mah lady for this damn long.
