Sources: Heat trade Marion, Banks to Raptors for O'Neal

The Miami Heat and Toronto Raptors completed their long-discussed trade Friday, with the Heat sending forward Shawn Marion and guard Marcus Banks to Toronto in exchange for forward/center Jermaine O'Neal and guard Jamario Moon, according to two league sources. The Heat will also get a conditional draft pick from Toronto, with the Raptors receiving cash considerations from Miami, believed to be the maximum $3 million allowed under league rules.
