I bought a Geforce FX5200 128mb last week. Should I keep this or take it back and get a new motherboard? I was looking at an Asus A7N8X Deluxe http://usa.asus.com/products/mb/socketa/a7n8x-d/overview.htm
If I take the FX5200 back I can put my Visiontek Geforce3 TI500 back in.

I think I would, personally. Save up for another card that will be a nice leap in todays, and tomorrows games. If you're getting an N-Force 2, try and get one of the 400's (not sure if the A7N8X is or isn't... I have a Chaintech Zenith)

I took back the FX5200 and got a FX5600 256mb with vivo. Runs alot better than the 5200.

Of course, you can OC a 2500+ to past 3200+ levels. ;)

This is my set up. I think the following pic should tell you what you should have done. ;) The CPU is a 2600+. I am almost at a stock 2800+. When I get my new case and swiftech system in I won't have to put up with the jet engine sound in my room. :p Mind you this is a OEM chip. I am completely happy with it. This board rox.

To quite honest. I don't know. I didn't hand select this one. I just let the clerk get one for me.
