View Full Version : How do I start Warhead DX9 x64 with steam?

Ive tried adding -dx9 to the x64 shortcut in windows game explorer,

"Set Launch Options..." and enter -DX9. Works for me... I never tried -dx9 could be case sensitive maybe?
Because theres no x64 in steam yet I cant do that

Open steam, under the "My games" tab right click on Crysis Warhead and select properties (bottom of the list) click on the "Set Launch Options..." and enter -DX9. Works for me... I never tried -dx9 could be case sensitive maybe?

...wait are you trying to launch a non-steam version and can't get the DX9?

Just set compatibility to XP in properties.

No, steam with the x64 patch

Just set compatibility to XP in properties.
set Crysis64.exe to xp, still same.
