Nice Mullet . . .right on par with mine ;) I have one higher model of receiver and 70" Sony XBR LCOS TV. Dual 12" subs, all my speaker except the sub are custom made with a custom crossover specifically made for my room. I also have Buttkickers under the two leather couches in my great room (it is 40" long by 14" wide by at least 20" tall or so).
looks like you have a sweet house!

This is it before my buddy made the new custom speakers (my Mom playing Wii):

Very nice Mullet, I didn't know you had the same Sony blu ray player I do.
Thanks guys!!
Rev's, I want to see your new pad.
DD, it's a Samsung 61" LED DLP
DB, nice setup dude.
Dan, after reading what you said about it there was a tossup between the N460 and the LG390 but since I got a good deal on the sony I chose it instead and I am really happy the PQ is outstanding and having DTS HD MA & TrueHD the sound is just awesome not to mention the load times are smoking fast. I have been watching all of my Blu-Rays all over again. I just got it all in from UPS monday and setup this is my first receiver and speaker setup ever so I am happy it is a major difference from the ole Z-680's.
Thanks to KasuCode for the help and steering me in the right direction.

Grats on your setup looks nice.
Them monitor 60s sound damn nice huh?
How do you like your Monitor 30s? I was thinking of getting some for side channels.
Ill post some revised pictures of my setup when I finish building my other new box for my 18s.

One of these days I'd like to get some real speakers but for now I'm just running the Onkyo speakers that came with the Onkyo receiver. They sound pretty decent but I'd like to hear some really good ones hooked up.

When you do start to shop for speakers stay out of the Best Buy's and big box stores. Take a look at speakers from B&W or Paradigm for starters. Both are real speaker manufactures and for the most part only make speakers. Your ears will thank you :)

Yeah the 60's kickass, I am glad now I went with them instead of the 50's. The 30's are really a nice surprise they really sound great as side speakers, if I add more I will probably get another pair of those. The 12" sub good lord that thing makes me jump when it goes off.

I set my mom up with the Onkyo 7200 HTiB system and it does sound great but you can tell a big difference with better speakers.
