None other than Drew Gooden. If the Cavs snatch up Drew Gooden(as opposed to old worthless Joe Smith), they get a ton of size back and are true competitors for the championship. Drew Gooden played with the Cavs a few years. He knows the system. He thrived in that system. I honestly don't know why they traded him away, but that's just me.
However, being the Cavs, they will sign worthless Joe Smith and not sign Drew Gooden on purpose just so Lebron doesn't win a championship. At least thats how I see it.

Wow. I was going to give you a big whopping "QFT" Tyger, until I read your last paragraph.:thumbdwn:
Either player will help.
I have a feeling Varejao will be limited with foul trouble in the playoffs as all his flops will likely be called when going up against other star players. Cover is needed therefore to counter the size of the Celtics and Lakers and Spurs.

Boston will shut down Cleveland if no one else does-- I guarantee it.

Yea like they did almost two months ago when they played the Cavs (http://msn.foxsports.com/nba/gameTrax?gameId=2009010905) without Z. :headexplode:
Cavs beat the Celtics 98-83 even with the Big Three playing.;)
Ilgauskas is not that important to the Cavs chances.
For a guy with such a sweet shot and the ability to spread the floor, big Z vanishes too often for LONG stretches.

winning one game is a lot different than a 7 game series

1. Like Zelda said, it's a long series... endurance will win out
2. The Celtics raise their game in the playoffs... the Cavs don't
3. If Lebron has an off night, the Cavs lose.
4. If Pierce has an off night, the Celtics still have Allen and Garnett.
5. The Celtics bench is deeper.
