I think her reaction for the first half of a second is funny, she looks kind of pissed off, then she she looks at the kid and says what the hell, sucks his finger and the the last bit is funny because the kid loves it and she's just grateful it tastes of chocolate, plus she's laughing at the kids reaction.

(actually i've seen more promos of this and alba and the kids are ****ing hilarious together, the kid is completely shameless)
